BOLTON Fitness x Performance offers many different programs and virtual training experiences to choose from to provide you with the best service for your goals and lifestyle.
My fitness journey began as a hyperactive child who needed an outlet to release her energy. After trying out multiple different sports I found the sport of gymnastics at age 9, where I went on to excel as a competitive gymnast for 8 years. It was during my time as a gymnast that I found my love for health, fitness and helping others. In addition to gymnastics, I excelled in the hurdle events in track and field for 5 years, and went on to run as varsity athlete in university. In 2017, I decided to take on a new challenge and competed in my first bodybuilding competition as a Fitness Competitor. Seeing the months of hard work and sacrifice come together on stage was one of the most exhilarating and uplifting moments of my life. I was able to connect my mind, body and soul and push past limits I never knew I could. In 2019, at the age of 21, I won my class and overall at the North American Championships, earning my IFBB Professional Athlete status. Since then I have competed in 5 Professional Competitions, including the prestigious Olympia where I placed 12th in the world. Being a student athlete for most of my life taught me a lot about my self, but it was the sport of bodybuilding that showed me that I am capable of anything. The importance of hard work, dedication, discipline, sacrifice, and passion are characteristics that were engrained in me as a young athlete and are the same principles that guide me today as a coach and professional athlete.
